If the Travel Provider cancels your reservation, we will inform you and ask you to get in touch with Laytrip Customer Service to make alternative arrangements. We won't charge anything to make the arrangements but if the Travel Provider has any charges, we are required to pass those through to you. If we are not able to make alternative arrangements, we will refund you, less our platform fee, once we receive the funds from the Travel Provider.
If you choose to cancel your booking,
as all fares are non-refundable per our Terms, we will not be able to issue a refund on any money paid toward your booking when you confirm your cancellation.
If your booking gets cancelled by us for non-payment, per our Terms, we will not be able to issue a refund on any money paid toward your booking.
